• Reduced admission fees for certain events
• Inclusion in a community of like-minded individuals
• Complimentary admission to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) with special guest speakers
• Membership also entitles you to elect directors each year at our AGM and to participate in other important decisions of the organization

Membership fees are not eligible for a tax receipt and renew on January 1st of each calendar year. Single membership is $30 and a Family membership is $50.

If you prefer to pay by cheque for your membership or donation, please follow these instructions:

1. Download, print off, and complete the Donate&MembershipForm_2021.docx
2. Make a cheque payable to “MMLT”
3. On the memo line of the cheque, please indicate ‘for MMLT membership’
4. Mail your cheque and completed form to the address indicated on the bottom of the form: MMLT, 10970 Hwy 7, Carleton Place, ON K7C 3P1
