The Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust is seeking new members for its Board of Directors.
We are a “working” board where all members not only oversee the operations ensuring good governance of our organization, but participate actively in delivery of programs. We seek to maintain a wide variety of skills and expertise among the members, from financial matters (accounting, compliance with CRA regulations, law – especially as it relates to charities and land securement), to conservation management and ecology, and the ever important fundraising (writing grant applications, organizing events, soliciting donations and members).
